Woah, this was genuinely interesting. I like the build up of how we think this is an ordinary person who is just a murderer but it builts up to be something more than that, not only that but the fact that MC was targetted because they went against what he should've believed in, even if it was for a reason, he still chose to do good at the very end (in my playthrough), and that the other character acknowledged it as a turning point for MC to do better. I also like how my playthrough went as it gave a hopeful ending for MC.
I like how this was a terrifying wake up call to MC, and though his sin isn't as heavy as others, it still is sin and it matters. I like to think that the other person was at least kind in a twisted way that he allowed MC to speak up his case and listened to his words, and how, even though MC was terrified as shit he still listened to the other person and acknowledged his own wrongs.
I like how the other person gave MC a chance upon seeing how truly remorseful MC was, especially at the scene where he couldn't forgive himself and forget about it or else he could easily do it again, and maybe that's why the other person thought that MC didn't deserve to die as he feels genuine remorse and guilt, and that MC would make it up with the good he has.
I also like how there was allusions to who the other person is, that subtle manuevering and calling out the hypocrisy of the Church, very well done!
Second in the in the line up. The music and background sound work does so much for it. I haven't seen many builds like this. But it solid. Does a really great job immersing you in the story. Good job, keep it up. Look forward to your future efforts.
That was really cool. The way the music picked up as the narrative progressed. I don't know if there's other endings, or if it all leads down to the same conclusion. But that was really good.
